A Navy Sailor with his new baby as part of a two year advertising campaign for internal retention titled, "I'm Staying." Using a Red Chair in multiple situations to signify the honor, courage and commitment required of every Sailor in the Navy along with a list of benefits the Sailors receive for reenlisting in the Navy.
